Is there anyway to do an emission test for my old 1995 Toyota Corolla dx that has an obd1 connector? To see if it can pass an emission testing.
Are you sure it even needs to pass an emissions test? Most states don’t require it if the vehicle is 25+ years old, California is the only one I know of to not follow some form of that. I’m not sure about other places, though.

Not without professional equipment afaik. You can use an obd scanner to see if it’s throwing any codes, other than that you will still need the actual emissions part of the test.
Obd1 cars don’t get an OBD test. They get a 5 gas analyzer in the tailpipe (if they still do testing on pre obd2 cars).
