Thinking about getting a EV. Just curious why you got yours. The reasons I can think of are:

  • Environmentally friendly 🌵
  • Cheaper Fuel ⚡️
  • They are cool/trendy 😎
  • Lower maintenance 🔧

Is there anything surprising that you found out after you bought it?

    1): I’ve wanted to move away from gas for the past 20 years.

    2): no stupid transmission to die, or other general engine maintenance. Nearly every auto I’ve driven had some sort of issues eventually.
