Tried following the guides to clone my current SSD to transfer to the new one. Used a USB dock and my WD Elements external storage to store the image. At the very end of the steps where I hit Y to start the cloning, I get the above error message. Unable to find a fix anywhere, other than the suggestion to run a command in the Steam Deck konsole terminal to disable read-only. That didn’t work, same issue.
Help please.
Are you trying to do it within the deck?
I cloned mine using a NVMe adapter for usb outside of the deck on my computer. Had no issues imaging or restoring that way.
If you’re trying to do it within the deck by booting Clonezilla on the deck itself - I haven’t tried that myself.
