Middle seat looks like it’s been redone or something cause the adjustable headrest is missing. At least I’ve always seen them with an adjustable middle headrest
I can only find one pic online with a middle rear headrest, and that was a weird red cloth interior that I can’t find anywhere else. It’s certainly unusual for a Toyota.
