It means a previous owner didn’t mangle it somehow, that Toyota is fine letting it go from the factory this way. In Canada this thing (with tax) is close to $50k. I only make $110k/yr and there’s just no way I’m paying that for something that looks like that. What else missed the inspection? I’m out.
