So yesterday night/morning my package arrived at the last parcel center before it gets delivered but instead of delivering it they changed that status yesterday at noon to “Das Paket befindet sich im Paketzentrum. Es wird am neu vereinbarten Termin zugestellt. (The package is in the package center. It will be delivered on the newly agreed date.)” . I looked up what that means since they never told me about some delivery date and I found a post where GLS themself said it means they will deliver it the next day.
But from the looks of it they won’t deliver it today since it hasn’t left the parcel center yet (it’s 9am here) and they usually deliver packages here between 8-11am. Already tried to contact them but no response yet.
Just to give you an idea how my ordering process has looked like so far:
Ordered on November 16th about 20 min after orders went live
Status changed to packaged the following day
Status changed to “Shipped” almost one week later on thursday
Package got handed over to GLS on friday
No status update til Monday
Arrived at the final parcel station yesterday at 6am
Now they are just sitting on my package and don’t deliver it and I don’t know why
