    In case this helps anyone, I had ordered within 30 minutes of launch and had no tracking updates at all since shipping on 20/11/23. No Parcelforce tracking details; no GLS tracking updates since it was marked as ‘In Transit’.

    After contacting GLS NL, Parcelforce, Valve, nobody could tell me where the package was or even if it was in the UK.

    I took a shot in the dark today and went to my local Post Office to see if had been brought back there, and there it was! Who knows how long it’s been sitting there, probably since last week, and I’d been told nothing. Worth a try for anyone in a similar situation.

      That’s interesting. I could walk to the post office to check but then Parcelforce would probably try to deliver in the 15 mins that I’m out of the house!
