    Sat waiting all day, didn’t even attempt to deliver

    “We are really sorry that we haven’t been able to deliver your parcel.

    Our driver should have left a card if they attempted to deliver your parcel and nobody was available to receive it. That card will explain where your parcel is and what to do next. If you haven’t received a card then it’s possible that our driver had a problem locating your address. Please check the tracking below for further information on your parcel.

    If our driver was unable to deliver your parcel for any other reason, please accept our sincere apologies and be assured that we will attempt to deliver it on the next working day (Mon-Fri).”

      Same thing happened to me and a number of other people with Parcelforce. 😔
