If it’s just scan ya your right my scan tool is like $250 per year I think and it’s code reading basic diag and read modules but most diag I do is though tis

Body Work. Questions related to dings, dents, accidents, paint and so forth DO NOT belong here. Take the car to an auto body repair shop who can give you a qualified estimate.
