Your personal feel towards them, let’s try not to judge too much. Mine is Alan Shearer, while a PL legend I think people like to fit him in with actual world class strikers…feel like he was good, but played in a very weak PL era. Might be top 2 in the PL but very far behind if we consider the world
I’d argue Shearer scored goals in an era when defenders could do more to stop them. Players are more protected nowadays
Plus he wasn’t scoring those goals for the best teams in the league
