Was at a ‘Friendsgiving’ and a guy was talking about the Tesla Model 2 being an entry-level Tesla that would rival the Toyota Camry pricewise. But I don’t see why Tesla would cut into their Model 3’s sales like that. Plus the model 3 is fairly cheap nowadays with price cuts

People calling “vaporware” something never officially announced is ridicolous. Toyota solid state battery is vaporware. Model 2 is something vaguely hinted here and there that one day will be revealed officially and later released.
Model Y was revealed and 1 year later became available to customers and this year became the best selling car in the world.
Cybertruck was revealed 4 years ago and next week it will become available to customers.
Some products take a longer time to develop. But with Model 3 at such low prices, there is no hurry to bring a “model 2” to the market

As much as the Tesla fsnclub love to hate Toyota: Toyota has shown us a working prototype of the SSB technology. Tesla hasn’t even shown us a clay model of the Model 2.

Model Y was revealed and 1 year later became available to customers and this year became the best selling car in the world.

Model Y was built in an already existing platform from 2017.

Cybertruck was revealed 4 years ago and next week it will become available to customers.

They’ll deliver a whopping ten cars.
