Harry Kane has always been an phenomenal player for almost 10 seasons. Nobody can take it away from him.
Having that said, I don’t think Kane actually improved as a player at Bayern but rather his situation allows him to score goals a lot easier than before. Currently, Kane is on pace to surpass Lewandowski’s record for most Bundesliga goals for 1 season.
Before Kane would officially join Bayern, most people fully expected him to score loads of goals in Bundesliga. It’s the most offensive minded league among Europe’s top 5 league with higher goal ratio than anywhere else. Bayern have players who can provide tons of service for a striker.

Currently only Haaland and Mbappe.
I don’t think the tactical style of Bayern would fit Mbappe.
Especially if he was playing through the middle

Why not Salah? Outscored Kane in the PL more often than not.
Salah has only shown to be a terrific goal scorer for Liverpool and I don’t know if he can replicate it elsewhere.
Haaland and Mbappe already showed that they can do that in different teams, under different coaches. Plus, Salah is not a center forward. I know Mbappe is also not a center forward but he can play there and still be prolific
