I just noticed it when getting into the car. Definitely did not do that myself. Has anyone ever seen something like this?

    I vote against cat as well. Look at that scratch at the top middle that’s at 60° angle to all the other scratches. A scrambling cat would not do that.

      I’m thinking not a cat as well. I’ve always had cats and they climb on my family’s vehicles in the garage and have never seen scratches, certainly not this deep. I don’t think cat claws have enough force to go through the paint to this degree and with this volume of scratches.

      The wild turkey theory would make a bit more sense, as their claws are much larger/tougher and could bust through paint like this.
