I’m starting to think that a hefty punishment for City will benefit the premier league as a whole, so they may well, it will turn it back into that competitive league where any of the top teams have a chance every year, whereas these days it feels like city are just going to win it every year. Also will deter teams like Newcastle from following a similar route
