I noticed on the steam’s details the 512 Oled says carrying case, while the 1 Tb says carrying case with removable liner. So the 512’s case won’t have that huh?

If I didn’t plan to swap out the ssd with a 2tb I might have got the LE. Also I like that case design for the 1tb but I plan on using the jsaux mod case anyways.
I got the 512 OLED and it’s every bit as awesome as everyone says.
It’s hard to understand why people see this 1TB carrying case as a “pro” argument. I mean the inner shell is attached by Velcro! Premium lol, how worn out should the inliner look after a few months of in and out? Velcro, boy, I can’t believe it.
You can always choose 3rd party cases, but you cannot change (at least not easily) the screen, I think you should ask yourself which screen do you prefer, etched or glossy.
You can put a screen protector on the etched screen and get a glossy result. You can probably put an etched protector on a glossy screen as well.
I put a screen protector on my original deck and it made the etched display much clearer.
