To stop updating your OS version the instant/day an update drops, as if you didn’t go through the same thing the last time an update dropped.

I’m seeing the posts from people complaining about the stuff that doesn’t work or is now broken for them… and just visualize that meme “first time?” lol.

    As a original Steam Decker, I still remember I waited 3-4 weeks before I updated everytime. Then I just didn’t upgrade from SteamOS 3.3 because I didn’t want bugs xD. That one served me well until I sold my deck. 3.5 on OLED, I AM COMING BABYY.

    Sidenote: I think they have changed so much between 3.3 and 3.5

    I wish they would have gone with Fedora or Debian as a base. Would be less moving parts to deal with I think. Although…. Steam OS was originally using Debian so maybe they ran into some issues they couldn’t play around.
