This shows how unfair the world of football is, Everton are a poor smaller club so the FA can punch down on them as they please. Whereas the top clubs are given special treatment and allowed to bend the rules, can hire the best lawyers and being state owned gives them unlimited power
As an Everton fan I accept the punishment, we’ve been run terribly in recent years and we ARE guilty.
I believe the penalties were harsh so that the FA can claim to be tough on FFP so that we don’t question the lighter penalties they’ll give the bigger clubs.
Not sure what Newcastle have done so won’t comment.
Man City, I dunno, they should be relegated but that won’t happen. I think a 40 point deduction would be fair, keep them out of champions league next year.
