This shows how unfair the world of football is, Everton are a poor smaller club so the FA can punch down on them as they please. Whereas the top clubs are given special treatment and allowed to bend the rules, can hire the best lawyers and being state owned gives them unlimited power
The reason Man City haven’t been done is because it’s still in the courts. Depending on the outcome of those cases, the fair result has to be one of the following. Either Man City get stripped off all their honours, incl champions league and a point deduction or Everton get their points back.
The premier league is gone. Yes it’s got the best players and coaches but it’s a soulless, corporate run tourist attraction and I for one have lost a lot of interest in it.
