Steam decks audience isnt conducive to scalping. Little timmys mom would pay for a scalped Switch. But a handheld pc is a niche market i dont even think scalpers are in on yet. They certainly arent in VR, which is another niche market.

I still don’t care if it available or not. I was able to get my hands on one and honestly, I think Valve is doing a great job with that. The fact that you couldn’t get a regular PS5 from sony after 3 year after release, that to me is ridiculous…

I would’ve probably got one but really dislike anti-glare coatings on an oled screen.

I’m trying to see if I can change my order. I got the standard one after being unable to check out with the limited edition one getting message that order could not be completed because an item in my cart was out of stock. Steam themselves told me it was no longer available, but their website still gave the “buy now” option with a 2-4 week delivery window. Then this morning it still showed as available with a 1-2week delivery window. Yet valve says it’s out of stock and people here have been able to still order it.
