Are you really comparing a Hyundai to a Toyota?

Toyota realibilty and re-sale alone should be a no Brainer.

I mean, Hyundai dealership will mark it up to the same price or more so.

The benefits of paying an extra $5k up front are better reliability, less time wasted at the shop, less money wasted at the shop, higher resale value, and a car that’s going to last way longer overall. Kia and Hyundai build throwaway cars. They throw that 10 year warranty on to attract more buyers because people see that and think they’ll just fix anything that goes wrong or breaks. One of my close friends used to work as a tech doing warranty work at a local Hyundai dealer. So many blown engines that that’s all he ended up doing. Some cars would be stuck for months because of parts delays.

Because people steal Hyundai all the time

Everyone is missing one key point and that’s size. The venue is a sub compact and is considered smaller than the compact corolla.

Get the Toyota. Hyundais are garbage. I have one, and am eager to get rid of it.

You get something that lasts for 200,000+ miles with no major drivetrain work. Do a search for “Hyundai engine issues” vs “Toyota Engine Issues” and see what turns up.
