I ordered my OLED deck today (after returning my old one 3 days in lol) and I noticed it said 3-5 working day delivery underneath, it’s still in stock but after an hour the shipping time on the site says 6-10 working days, is it from a different warehouse? Or am I waiting 6-10 days now too

    My guess for the delivery is Monday next week tbh, I haven’t had any shipping details via email etc yet, its said “packaging items” for 2 days now, so it’d probably delayed with GLS and ParcelForce all over the UK

      The device released at 6:00pm, they changed to 6-10 days for any devices ordered at around 6:42pm or later
      So if you got there in 20 mins you should be in the 3-5 days cohort

        I tried buying mine as soon as it launched but I kept getting transaction errors. Not sure if anyone else was getting the same but it went through around 18:20 so hopefully I’m in as well.

          Yep that’s exactly what constantly happened to me, I had the transaction errors but I eventually was able to order it at 20:20 which is a bit later but at least it went through

        Don’t think this makes a difference unfortunately. I’ve ordered mine at 6.20pm and hadn’t seen anything…however, on a different post, people were talking about how they’ve ordered hours later (512gb model) and there’s is already shipped :(

          I ordered mine at 6:20 too and it’s still at packaged items. Think it’s probably random.

    If it said 3-5 days estimated when you ordered, that’s your estimate. The new estimate on the site is because new orders are now going into later batches. There’s only so many orders their distributor can process per day.

    I think they are now selling stock which isn’t in the first wave so it will take longer to be delivered.

    I’m assuming the original delivery estimate will still stand.

      It did finally leave the Netherlands last night though, at 8-9pm which surprised me, it took me AGES to get out of the packaged stage
