This IS the ultimate civic SI in my opinion. i highly regret not getting one when they were new. i’m willing to bet money that there are only a handful in this condition and with this low mileage making this car rarer than your average Ferrari or what not.

very jealous of whoever can afford this. my guess is that the bids will go up past the $60K+ mark. I would gladly pay that if I had the money.

The fact this is going for $30K on bid is HILARIOUS. Back when these were “new” Honda dealers literally couldn’t GIVE THEM AWAY. They tried…and tried. People just bought the normal 4dr Si and avoided the markup for the silly extras.

    This is funny to see.

I mean, Lexus struggled for over a decade to sell a lot of LFAs.

Obviously, the LFA is a monumentally different car. That being said, people are always willing to pay a lot for the sake of ensuring other folks can’t have it!

Not a fan of the way the Mugen version looks, but 18k on the odometer is fantastic. To me, this is worth no more than $15k-$16k.

There’s a shitload of single millenial dudes with six-figure tech incomes and tons of disposable cash that want to live out their need for speed underground on PS2 nostalgia. This will sell for 30k.

i’d gladly pay 50k for this. stupid i know. but stay with me for a second, when was the last time mugen came out with a package that was sold from factory here in the USA? and compared to pristine NSX’s and ITR’s which are quite common, how many pristine mugen SI’s can you find?

this specific car is what i call a future classic.
