It’s an interesting one and maybe not as straightforward on first thought, are you judging on silverware? League position, how the players performed under them?

Because essentially they’ve all been sacked and left the club ok not the best terms and we have Ten Hag who we’ll see about. But as far as success, player performance despite what you may think of him, it’s gotta be Mourinho hasn’t it? Ten Hag hasn’t got a clue what his style of play is and is just as bad a man manager as modern mourinho so it’s up in the air to me.

Who would you say has been the best?

I’d say Ten Hag so far followed by Ole

I do disagree with OP and his statements about Ten Hag.

The only reason why people are saying what are the tactics/style, is because the players are not actually executing it.

This argument of no tactics has been used for EVERY single manager since SAF, and the common denominator is the players attitude.

You’ll continue to not see a plan or tactic because it just won’t be executed, and the players know they have the power to move people on.

It’s the manager’s job to inspire sulking players. Perhaps also to purchase players who can follow tactics, but I’m not sure how much say tH has in transfers
