I’m wondering what do guys think of girls who genuinely love football? (Someone who understands the rules—yes the offside rule, players, tactics, and teams) not a girl who follows a player because of his looks💀

It’s a rare thing, but a beautiful thing. Just means, more people to watch and discuss football with. What else ya need?

I love football. I played since u5, went ncaa. I referee professional and collegiate women’s and men’s matches. Yes, I have a vagina… I know far more than the lot of you.

They are rarer in the counties which are not footballing nations for eg India . So far never met one in my country ( maybe because my introverted ass just started socialising)

My husband loves it as there’s no complaints about our lives revolving around matches. His mates are annoyed as they thought I’d get bored and they’d get my PL season ticket.

Just love them and have them around. So much fun with female football fans. Alex Morgan once said “if you give a man a football fan girlfriend he’ll be the happiest guy on earth”

Nothing in particular, really. I like football, but someone else liking it doesn’t particularly mean anything to me.

I don’t but I’m only curious as to what guys think about it since in my country they think of us as a joke, doesn’t bother me tho.

Lived on a street where all the neighbourhood lads would play 5 a side throughout summer. One day one of the usuals couldn’t make it so his sister joined instead. She played for her school team.

She was probably the best player on our street. Still remember her ripping through my mate all day long (he was in defence) & remind him of it to this day 🤣

In a relationship, sharing interest in general is great. My girlfriend never played growing up but she watches PL games with me on weekends. Bought some boots and we’re joining a coed 5v5 league in January.

She never had these interests before but she’s interested in my interests which I love
