I read today that Emmanuel Petit said that we should try to sign Bernardo Silva. I couldn’t help but think midfield of Rice, Bernardo and Ode. That would easily be top 3 midfield in the world. It’s almost impossible that City sells him to us, but there were reports that the release clause is set at 50M. Imagine if we actually went for him, I would lose my mind…
That’d be a dream, he’s a top top player.
It would not be top 3, I think. Silva is mostly a better Odegaard. We’d still be lacking a vital profile.
