Saarbrucken is exhausted. Can tell in the desperation of their pass and shot defenses. This is part of the reason we dominate the 2nd half so frequently. Our fresh legs are a class above the competition. Tuchel seems to be aware of this as well and he’s benefited from those late game substitutions that have made the difference against these worse teams we have not outclassed like we should.
We are too good to be winning by virtue of attrition only, but I’ll take what we can get.
