RB Leipzig is not allowed to be named Red Bull because they owm 2 clubs with the same name in Europe. Red Bull Salzburg was their firat so Leipzig was not allowed to be named Red Bull too.
Nope, there are simply different rules about sponsorship in Austria and Germany.
UEFA came with it so I doubt the federaration of a country itself can decide it.
