I always insisted that Messi deserved 2010 Ballon D’or but at this point it’s a joke. Haaland deserved this one. Better numbers than Messi during the 2022/2023 season but they give it to Messi for a 7 games display when they got 5 penalties in 7 games
Sometimes I doubt people when they say they are football fans. When they have zero basic knowledge about things like how Ballon d’or is given.
It’s a popularity contest where sports persons vote. That’s it. If you find that to be a joke then it has been a joke since you have been watching it . And even before that. Owen 2001? Figo 2000 ? nedved 2003 ? cr7 2013?
