Ten hag should focus on bringing and developing our own youth players rather than buying youth players from abroad. Players who grew here will know no different than the extremely high competitiveness of English football. (not saying elsewhere isn’t competitive, but nowhere is like England except maybe Spain)

I just don’t think anything is going to change with another manager. We’ve gone through this routine over and over again. Maybe… Just maybe… It’s not the manager that is the real problem with United. But I also don’t like this comment he made. You want to play some progressive football. You also got Slabby Maguire center back and Evans that are as good as statues standing around.

To be honest, Man Utd players are very bad! Especially the midfield. There is no control. Ajax was a team that played football. These players don’t understand the concept of football.

I would be perfectly fine with him playing a different brand of football.

But the guy is completely devoid of any style of play on the football pitch.

    Clueless. Has to go.

The worrying thing for United is Jim Ratcliffe will be getting a loan for his 25% share… that will be shifted onto the club too putting even more debt on them.

The amount of people thinking “manager spent transfer money” is ridiculous. Been through 6 managers and some United fans still think next one will be the one.

Sacking manager = supporting glazers reign… simple as that. U may say whatever shit u want. But sacking manager will only perpetuate glazers rotten culture at this club.

I have said this when Mourinho sitting at 10th. When Ole failed at Watford 1-4.

    Sacking manager = supporting glazers.

This isn’t news. Ten Hag had to abandon his playing style withing the first two matches last season. Ever since then he chose a pragmatic system which suited the current players and won a trophy and finish top 3 as a result. What he is doing right now is moving to a high pressing counter attacking football which on paper looks great but the execution is not what’s expected.

The problem is we have a Frankenstein squad where one set is suited to play this new system while the other players aren’t. EtH is struggling to find the right balance and injuries is not helping him. He need to take more responsibility but sacking is not the answer. How many time we tried that and expect a different outcome? That’s the definition of insanity.

What the club should do is back him and let Ratcliffe take control of the sporting side with his new team.

I don’t get obsession with high press. Ragnick failed spectacularly with it. Just play haram ball and win. Man U needs 3-5 seasons of haram ball before it can organically grow into a modern football team.

The high press is popular with many good coaches getting good results whether it’s City, Gunners and now Spurs. Tuchel used it well with Chelsea until he had a problems picking a consistent front three. Man management has to be part of the problem as he was making good progress last year and they’ve since deteriorated. Credit to DeZerbi, Ange , Arteta, Emery and Pep for successfully ensuring their philosophy translates on the pitch. There wouldn’t be too many coaches throwing their arm up for the job at United right now unless money is the prime motivator.
