    How many midfielders in world football are currently better than Declan Rice?

      There aren’t many top CDMs in general, the clear ones are rice and rodri, then you have Tchouameni that I think is slightly below them, bissouma maybe? not really playing a CDM right now, more like FDJ. I guess we can shoehorn them to this list. I don’t want to sound PL\la liga biased but I can’t think of serie a\bundesliga cdms at that level. If i had to add another one it would be zubimendi I guess?
