Some vice grips saved me in a similar situation. Half rounded off bolt head, used VG to get a good grip on it, then made a hillbilly breaker bar type setup that got me extra leverage on the VG handles and that got it to break loose.
Hammer and flat wrench is worth your next try. If the right sized wrench fits a little loose now, then you’ll need to get a tool that you can try to flatten out the sides that are rounded

Some animal was trying to get at something inside your car since it’s where the door meets the roof and smells like food may emanate. It absolutely could be something else entirely. Those are what looks to be claw marks, yes? Or are they scraped from rubbing past a hard tree limb?
I’ve never used one personally, but I always have to put my hand on the striker to get out of cars. Anyone I’ve spoken to that has one says they love it and it works great. I’m sure they’re all a little different and some may scratch paint, but it’s a decently clever device

But for real…I had a K3 GSXR and the tank wasn’t very difficult to remove, but for your situation, I wouldn’t find it to be worth all the trouble.

At the least you should push it or have someone tug it out of there, especially since the water was higher at some point. I’d pull the air intake tubing just to give a look-see. If there is, or was water in the cabin area then definitely give it more time to dry out before attempting to start it
