Theres no way that anyone altered the mileage on your car during a tire change or oil change unless they physically drove it that far. It is possible that you or the tech wrote down your mileage incorrectly when the vehicle was checked in, unless you have a photo of the odometer immediately before and after.

I had it setup as a virtual instance at first, and for some reason I kept running into problems - though I don’t really remember what they were. I will probably end up going back to that for simplicity sake.

edit: I think the problems i had were with hosting jail services on the already virtual instance of TrueNAS. I moved away from that completely and just use it as a simple NAS now, so maybe I won’t run into those problems again.

Vivint sucks, don’t go with them whatever you decide. Their alarm system is fine but the doorbell is shite.

It definitely took a while for them to work out the kinks. The problems with the app were pretty terrible for a while.
