Same here, also NL. When going to the ‘change delivery options’ page yesterday, it did show that it’s supposed to come this morning. I cannot change the delivery options anymore now.

And on the tracking page it also says that the label had already been created on Monday actually.

So hopefully it’s just some bug on GLS’s side and it’s actually coming today!
