Most likely your speedometer is broken. Also the seat recliner, also broken. Check it to see if it is. Sorry I couldn’t be more help. My dash is also doing wonky stuff, I think it’s the car computer not thinking correctly as for the recliner it probably is the recline mechanism to reclininating.

Radiator swap is fairly easy if you can use a wrench and a pair of pliers.
