What happened, and why am I not here at this moment.

What happened:
An online friend once told me that only if there are many instances, Lemmy will work properly. Which means having a centralized instance (like this one) will be hard to maintain (costs and moderation). It would be better for us to have our own instances and communities IMO(Planning to make one in a year from now). You will realize also that the costs of maintaining this is instance gets harder(per last reports from the admin).

Why am I not here:
I have some IRL stuff to do for at least a year or less, and I won’t have full access to my computer. This means, I wont be posting any time soon, but I will comment and upvote.

Downvote should be used to bury things that dont fit in a community, until the report takes place! If you use it to downvote every post you dont like, its pointless!
