It’s not about getting something individually it’s about making them realize that it’s a huge problem.

Everyone who ordered launch day should contact support. If there are enough tickets about this they will either be transparent or fix it. My order got shipped the day I complained about it. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I ordered within the first hour on launch day and just got tracking today.

I finally got a tracking # for my order I’m located in Kelowna, BC. Hopefully everyone will get their day one orders soon.

I’m in a similar boat. Ordered 22 minutes after launch and other people in BC are receiving them first.
