Speaking to FedEx in the US, I very much prefer UPS/ USPS, but not because they’ve broken anything. They tend to just “lie” about delivery days and will even say something is out for delivery multiple days in a row, but not deliver it. I think it’s probably a staffing issue, but not sure. Mostly makes it annoying to try and make sure you’re home to receive stuff, but I don’t think they’ve ever lost anything of mine.
