I’ve had both versions of the LCD, and now the etched OLED. The colors are a lot better than the LCD and whatever loss of color there is is 100% worth it for muted reflections

I’m not an expert but usually VRR monitors have a range from like 45hz to 144hz or something, so you sound like you’re under the VRR window

But its pretty complex, there might be some frame generation below the VRR range but I think that’s dependent on the hardware

Tldr frame rate is too low, VRR won’t work

It took a week for me on original launch, so I’d say you’re probably right, no thanksgiving deck
