I’d be furious too. Absolute shambles of a call, even Hooper knows he fucked up.

What a brain dead move
It’s hilarious that the BBC is using Leverkusen’s slander name.
CCP to buy Arsenal?
Sterling you idiot
My only hope is that Pep has instructed City to go down to 9 men and play a high line so it will be evenly matched
Why not post a replay where you can see the actual foul?
This made me realize I don’t know what constitutes the changing of a phase of play.
Does headed clearance like that constitute a new phase of play even if it doesn’t leave the box and goes straight to an opposing player? Or does a team need to have actual possession of the ball?
Things were finally looking up for United and then he goes and does this…
Ten Hag must be fuming
Can already see it Havertz +9
On the plus side, we’re primed for the stoppage time Havertz hattrick to win
Lol Jesus lucky Martinelli kept that from going out for a throw
Harsh by proximity but he does make himself bigger
Karim Bagheri being the 7th highest scorer while playing Defensive Midfield is pretty damn impressive
There is no benefit to having the betting industry
I’ll play devil’s advocate and say while gambling as a whole offers no tangible benefits to society, the benefit of having a betting industry is to keep the money out of organized crime.
People are going to be either way and it’s safer for it to be regulated than unregulated. I’d rather someone bet through Bet365 than an underground bookie.
I understand the concern, but (unless I’m mistaken) boxers are allowed to bet on themselves and MMA fighters were until 2022 and I don’t think either have have a greater uptick in match fixing than football.
That’s just match fixing though. Doesn’t matter if it’s Toney calling up Pickford or some crime syndicate.
Probably an unpopular opinion here, but I think that athletes should be able to bet on sports unless they are betting against their own team.
Giving a drop ball instead of a corner is just another illustration about how poor the standard of officiating is.
A monitor check for a clear header. Then taking away Brighton’s corner. This is league embarrassing.
EDIT: Apparently Pawson gave a penalty on the pitch? Guess I (and the majority of the sub based on confusion here) missed that. Weird that no one on the pitch / stadium reacted to the original call either.
