It’s not that everyone gets at the same time because servers would explode.
It’s going to be released stage by stage, it means you may not have it yet, while your coworker with the same phone is already downloading it.
I remember him saying long time ago (when he was RM coach) that he wouldn’t like to be national team coach because he likes to work with players all the time, not only twice per year
