Congrats. 3 days still waiting for the package to be picked up.
Did you get a delivery notification less than 2 hours before delivery without any updates before? Or there was some tracking steps between 22nd 8:04 and 23rd 8:07? Are you living super close to Den Bosch?
I don’t understand why they keep creating shipping labels if they don’t ship them at all. I have a shipping number for 3 days without it getting out of CEVA’s warehouse. I wonder if it’s the incompetence of CEVA or GLS.
74 hours since “waiting to be picked up by GLS” checking in. Zero updates since then.
Also NL, tracking number created at 8:12 on Monday, hasn’t been picked up since then. Order confirmed 20min after launch, not that it matters it seems.
I’m starting to think they printed a bunch of labels and did not actually put them on a package, or that there is a cursed pile that is not picked up by GLS somewhere in the warehouse.
Can you share what support wrote you exactly? Did they really recommend reordering?
