D2R is an absolute gem. I wish Blizzard borrowed more from D2 / D2R when working on Diablo IV. It’s also my #1 most played game on the Steam Deck.

OP if play offline and also have a gaming PC, you can sync your characters using Syncthing:

That sucks. I would contact support about it, because this isn’t a widespread issue AFAIK.
