I was always a big supporter of Wenger but will admit he remained in the job too long. The club was clearly stagnating and he seemed to have lost his drive to complete for the biggest trophies.
Wenger should have gracefully left the club after the FA cup final win over Chelsea. I remember Klopp was available that summer and who knows where Arsenal would be now had we brought him in to replace Wenger.
That said I have very fond memories of Wenger’s Arsenal and consider him one of the greatest managers English football has ever seen.
I don’t see how you can claim to be objective as a Chelsea fan considering you’re happy to ignore all the statistics that show Arsenal were comfortably the better team.
But sure “everybody” agrees with you. Clearly you’re being reasonable, objective and unbiased.
Also, any objective person knows Chelsea was the better team in this game
