Get a clutchstop from bms and the m performance short shifter. It will transform your manual experience. Much more direct and connected. It helped a lot on my manual 340

I have one. It feels most of the time like you have unlimited power. The low down torque is awesome. You dont need to go fast to enjoy the difference.
I have a 4wd manual one, it wont kick the tail on dry tarmac but is very very balanced. In the snow, its very tail happy
I have a 340 and it is more expensive, but it is an amazing car. I had a loaner 330 for a month (repairs on the 340 from an accident), and it is surprisingly fun in the city if you want a upgrade from the 320. However, compared to 340, the 330 (and 320) are more front biased in their awd which makes them less fun to push at higher speeds. Im in the same position that i want my next car to be less expensive (looking for a house). Im looking at the 230, it looks like its a good compromise between sportiness, price and comfort. I think it would suit your needs too. Depending on where you live you can have it in rwd ;)
Very quick to do…enjoy!
