Use the air bag that others have mentioned. Slide a coat hanger or similar metal rod inside the car and activate the door handle. I’m pretty sure that most Ford vehicles will open from the inside simply by pulling the door handle, no need to unlock first. If I’m wrong, you could manipulate the lock knob itself near the handle.
Inspect your brakes first. Just because they squeak doesn’t necessarily mean they’re worn out.
