When I put it in “experimental” that overlay popped up. But when I changed it to 8.04, that fixed it. Its strange, it only popped up when docked though. Idk why 🤷🏾♂️ linkfedilink

Finally figured it out. The issue is with Proton it seems. When I put it in “experimental” that overlay popped up. But when I changed it to 8.04, that fixed it. Its strange, it only popped up when docked though. Idk why 🤷🏾♂️
