Found the issue. It’s partially due to the clock-speed bug. Locking GPU clock speed to 200, so that it doesn’t erratically switch between 200 and 1040 MHz, eliminates the hiss. Though, hiss is still there if clock is locked to anything greater.

SSD report: E19TS. Maybe a variation of Phison E19T.

Also, I’m getting audible hiss with OLED Deck when using unpowered wired headphones. Check my removed post for more details. Hoping it’s a software issue.
