For starters. Would help if you give a year make and model. Not all cars share the same dash.

Hmm those transmissions aren’t really known for issues op. Did you change your fluids on time check for any recalls at first? 130k seems like a long time for no fluid change if that’s the case. Not doubting you op, but I feel like there is more to the story here. Did you tell you how they know the transmission was bad? Metal shavings? Transmission specific codes show up before they gave you the estimate for the transmission?
You can get a rough idle or an engine stall for many reasons. Even a bad o2 or exhust leak can cause those type of issues. Before you blindly throw parts at it you are going to have to get the obd2 port scanned for any pending or current codes and if non now then you would need to find what sensors are acting up or pausabily causing the rough/stall condition. Honestly if you aren’t mechanically include I would just take it into a shop.
I would go to a different dealer. Think they are trying avoid hyundai paying for the repairs since warrenty work is usually a fraction of what they charge the customer at the end of the day. I would tell em to blow it out of their ass.
Oof sorry dude. Honestly would of had better luck buying used tires at a mom/pop place and getting em 60$ per tire if you are in a pinch. Only time I’ll remotely consider buying used from a random person if I know em good enough or I plan on destroying the tires anyways.
