Today, Nov 28, 11:41 AM ET it was delivered by UPS.

For those wanting an OLED anti-glare vs glossy comparison, this video was just released today:
It did not, it originated from Springfield, VA. To be honest I didn’t even know it had shipped and delivered until I went to the “We’re preparing your items to ship.” e-mail that I got 4 days ago (Nov 24) and saw there was a linked to the Steam Account Details page which showed me the transaction and a tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking number, to my surprise it had already arrived at home right after I left this morning for work. Apparently though, according to the shipping details, it had originated from Springfield today and also arrived to the house the same day.
