What is the question? What caused this? Running into curbs caused it. I don’t think this is a hubcap either.

Brake fluid is hygroscopic, meaning is absorbs moisture out of the air. The master cylinder is vented to atmosphere. On my Honda, the service reminder had me do it after 2 years.

I agree, if you’re capable of doing an oil change, the cvt fluid is just as easy to replace. That said, someone taking their car to the dealer, usually isn’t doing their own repairs. The cvt fluid price isn’t too crazy, but I would find a trusted local mechanic and have them do it. Make sure to use the proper fluid. i wouldn’t replace the wipers unless they aren’t working well. Everything else on that list needs to be done, but not necessarily at the dealer.
